| INVITATION TO BID for School Year 2013 - 2014 The Chatham County Schools Board of Education is accepting proposals for Bids for Milk, Bread, Non-vending Juice, Water, Sports Beverages and Ice Cream for the 2013-2014 school year. See link at "Request for Proposals and Quotes" on this page.
All Completed bid proposals must be received no later than May 20th, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Bid opening occurs on May 21st, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Chatham County Schools Central Office Building. Bid proposals are to be mailed to: Chatham County Schools- Child Nutrition Department, PO Box 128, 369 West St, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Interested parties must meet all Federal and State requirements. The Chatham School Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or in part as permitted by law. |
